As such, once a deposit is received, it is considered a commitment to the service, and we are unable to refund it under any circumstances. Additionally, all services rendered are deemed final sale, meaning that once a service has been completed, it cannot be returned or exchanged for a refund. It is important to note that if clients arrive late—specifically more than ten (10) minutes after their scheduled appointment time—we will unfortunately be unable to accommodate them for their service. We kindly ask that you make every effort to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Rescheduling is indeed permitted under our guidelines, but it is important to note that only one reschedule is allowed per booking. This means that if you find it necessary to change your appointment time, you can do so without penalty the first time. In this case, your initial deposit will be transferred to the new appointment time, ensuring that you do not lose your financial commitment. However, should you find it necessary to reschedule a second time or if you attempt to reschedule within the 24-hour window, please be aware that this will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Life events and unforeseen circumstances can arise unexpectedly, and we understand that plans may need to be altered or canceled. If you find yourself in a situation where you must cancel your appointment or reservation, we kindly ask that you provide us with a notice of at least 24 to 48 hours in advance of your scheduled time.
