SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped USPS via Priority Mail, DHL Express, and FedEX. ​
SHIPPING TIMES ARE ESTIMATED.

 
Please allow 24-48hrs for processing and 5-7 business days for shipping. PRE-ORDER SHIPPING TIME VARIES BY PRODUCT please read the details in the product info section when placing your orders. All orders once shipped will be accompanied by a tracking number sent via email. (Please check SPAM & Junk folders)

No item(s) are shipped on major U.S. holidays, (i.e. Juneteenth, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Etc) please advise when ordering there are no postal drop-offs or deliveries on Sundays

ARRI BEAUTY ROOM is not responsible for shipping delays once the order has been handed over to the carrier, nor responsible for damaged packages, or missed deliveries. If you have not received your tracking number please check your spam folder or feel free to email: arribeautyroom@gmail.com. If you received your tracking number and have further inquiries regarding your package and need assistance please contact your local postal office. A signature may be required for items over $150 USD. 

RETURN POLICY

At ARRI BEAUTY ROOM we hold our products in high esteem. We stand by the quality and integrity of our products. We do NOT offer returns or exchanges at this time.

We uphold that our first priority is our customers. For any reason, if you are not satisfied with your purchase or find fault in our product(s), received your package damaged or unwearable don't hesitate to get in touch with us or send an email: arribeautyroom@gmail.com with the following:

Shipping is processed through DHL/FedEx/USPS Monday through Friday and processing of all orders is completed Monday through Friday. Being that we are an online shop please allow 24hrs, to allow the tracking number to process and be updated in the system. We do not offer express/overnight shipping at this time.
