Hair extensions are non-refundable. Hair extensions are unable to be returned due to hygiene and health regulations. Once extensions have been shipped, the sale is final.
EXCHANGES:
All exchanges must be submitted within 7-10 days of order and all products must be in their original packaging, tags attached, unworn, washed, and unaltered.
Please submit your request via email with your order number and proof of purchase. Exchanges are at the expense of the consumer. Shipping cost are the responsible for shipping.
